Refund Policy 

Customer satisfaction is a top priority at OnMercantile. We feel confident  that we offer products and accessories that are of the highest quality and  comfort, and we hope you feel the same way. We also realize there is a  learning curve to using any new product, and if you are experiencing  difficulty or have questions, please contact us prior to returning your  product; we can often offer a solution that will help. 

Items purchased directly from OnMercantile.com are returnable within a 30  day period from the date of purchase, in like-new condition, and in the  original packaging. Please contact support@OnMercantile.com if you need  to return a product. A return will only be accepted if the customer has  contacted OnMercantile prior to sending the item(s) back. Any package  returned without a valid Return Authorization issued by OnMercantile  clearly marked on the outside of the box, will be refused. You will be  responsible for any shipping costs on returns. 

Returns must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For  your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier  such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. OnMercantile is not responsible for  packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Once the  original item(s) are received at OnMercantile you will receive a credit in the  amount that you paid (this excludes any shipping costs). Please allow 2  weeks for OnMercantile to refund your credit card upon receipt. Order Cancellations: Once an order has been sent to the warehouse and in  processing it cannot be canceled.
